Sponsorship Opportunities

For organizations interested in sponsoring the Conference, there are several packages available as listed below. Note, that the Conference is a “Green Event” and therefore no flyers, goodie bags and other handouts will be available for sponsoring. Coffee breaks, receptions, and dinner are important events at conferences which give the opportunity for networking, scientific exchange, and further discussions. By sponsoring these events, you can contribute to the quality of the conference and draw attentions to your organization. Platinum Sponsor - 5000€

With the Platinum package you can become sponsor of the Conference Dinner which includes the following:

• free participation for 1 person in the conference including Conference Dinner
• placing a roll-up at the Conference Dinner
• acknowledgement and display of company logo during opening ceremony as “Dinner Sponsor”
• display of company logo during intermissions in lecture halls as “Dinner Sponsor”
• display of company logo (with link) on the sponsor's page of the Conference website and at the bottom of all other pages of the Conference website

Gold Sponsor - 3000€

With the Gold package you can become sponsor of the Welcome Reception which includes the following:

• free participation for 1 person in the conference (technical program & Welcome Reception)
• placing a roll-up at the Welcome Reception
• acknowledgement and display of company logo during opening ceremony as “Welcome Reception Sponsor”
• displayed during intermissions in lecture halls as “Welcome Reception Sponsor”
• display of company logo (with link) on the sponsor's page of the Conference website and at the bottom of all other pages of the Conference website

Silver Sponsor - 1000€

with the Silver package you can become the sponsor of one of the coffee breaks (3 days, 2 coffee breaks per day) which includes the following:

• display in lecture halls at end of the session just before the break: “This break is sponsored by"
• acknowledgement and display of company logo during opening ceremony as “Coffee Break Sponsor”
• display of company logo (with link) on the sponsor's page of the Conference website and at the bottom of all other pages of the Conference website
